- FREE attendance to all quarterly investigator training sessions, including our popular Foundation Level 1 and 2 programme.

Membership Fee's
Providing three membership tiers designed to suit all organisations, no matter how large or small.
Enterprise - £3,500 per year. Designed for organisations with over 500 employees and provides access for up to 20 people.
Venture - £2,000 per year. Designed for organisations with 250-500 employees and provides access for up to 10 people.
Endeavour - £999 per year. Designed for organisations with up to 250 employees and provides access for up to 5 people.
All membership fees are annual, and only one fee is required per organisation for access to all benefits, events and training.

OUR STORY
History
We are the first independent
background check advisory service in the United Kingdom, providing background check advisory services for organisations to achieve hiring success and mitigate risk.
Starting with a career in Recruitment, Human Resources and Learning and Development, the founder of The Background Check Advisory, Anton Watson worked across the Asia Pacific region in New Zealand, Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong and Kuala Lumpur before moving across to Europe where he worked as client services and then managing director for the oldest, and at the time largest background check provider in the United Kingdom, Control Risks Screening.
After successful tenure with Control Risks Screening, Anton moved across to one of the worlds largest banks to manage their background check and client due diligence program for over 10 years.
During his career in the background check and human resources industry Anton has gained unique knowledge, experience and insight into what makes a successful background check policy, process and program.
The Background Check Advisory was born in 2023 to ensure knowledge and understanding of the background check process continues to improve across industries and organisations.
We differentiate ourselves by offering background checking subject matter expertise through personalised consultations to guide employers through the background check process.
