FOUNDATION LEVEL 1 TRAINING

FOUNDATION LEVEL 3 INVESTIGATIONS

FOUNDATION LEVEL 2 TRAINING

FOUNDATION LEVEL 3 INVESTIGATIONS

FOUNDATION LEVEL 1 TRAINING

Conducting best-in-class background check investigations go well beyond reviewing results on a background check report. To effectively mitigate hiring risk, investigators must understand how to structure a background check review to ensure in-depth assessment of results that uncovers discrepancies not revealed to the untrained eye.

Foundation Level 2 training provides businesses with the skills and knowledge needed for better risk mitigation by improving in-house investigation techniques.

Suitable for people with a strong understanding of background check products and services who want to further develop their investigation techniques.

FOUNDATION LEVEL 3 INVESTIGATIONS

FOUNDATION LEVEL 3 INVESTIGATIONS

FOUNDATION LEVEL 3 INVESTIGATIONS

Bringing judgement, communication and programme thinking together

Foundation Level 3 is an eight-part development series focused on the wider skills required to manage screening investigations professionally and effectively.

The programme goes beyond individual checks to explore candidate communication, investigative judgement, stakeholder management and the relationship between Policy, Process, Product and Provider.

The first module, Setting the Tone – Introducing Screening Professionally, examines how first impressions shape the candidate experience. Participants learn how to explain screening clearly, build trust, reduce anxiety and protect the employer brand through practical communication techniques and candidate scripts.

The wider series is designed to help experienced screening professionals develop greater confidence, consistency and professional judgement.
